Senior Analyst

OVERVIEW:
Weโre on the lookout for a strategic thinker and skilled storyteller to join our Analytics team. You'll play a key role in unlocking insights that drive impact across our brand and marketing teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Leading the development and execution of actionable insights to optimise business performance across brand and marketing,
- Partnering with analytics leads & cross-functional teams to embed insights into business strategies and processes such as the commercial process, trade, budgeting and forecasting.
- Integrating insights from multiple data sources for a comprehensive business perspective on strategic challenges and opportunities.
- Proactively managing and prioritising analytical efforts to focus on high-value areas that maximise business impact.
- Driving time-efficient execution of analytics projects while balancing short-term business needs with long-term strategic goals.
- Ensuring data accuracy, availability, and speed by managing insight requirements with data teams and streamlining processes.
- Standardising key metrics and definitions across the business to ensure consistency and reliability in reporting.
- Enhancing and maintaining forecasting models for critical KPIs to support and drive business performance.
- Developing clear, accurate, and actionable dashboards for senior leadership to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making through compelling insights and providing strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders on data-driven strategies.
- Expertise in prioritisation, project management, and balancing multiple high-impact projects effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and communicate actionable insights from complex data.
- Confident in presenting insights to senior leadership, driving strategic discussions, and influencing decision-making.
- Expertise in statistical modelling, regression analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in apparel-based businesses across eCommerce and physical retail.
- Ability to translate business objectives into data-driven strategies and actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Looker (or similar dashboarding tools) and GA4.
- Advanced SQL skills, including window functions, CTEs, joins, and experience with cloud data warehouses.
- Ability to drive a culture of data excellence and continuous improvement.
- Clear and concise communicator, capable of making complex data easy to understand and actionable.
This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
