Paid Social Executive

OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a data-driven, performance-focused Paid Social Executive to join our team at Gymshark. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving measurable results across our paid social channels, ensuring efficient budget spend, innovative campaign execution, and adherence to best practice.

You’ll be hands-on with planning, executing, and optimising campaigns, while consistently analysing data to uncover actionable insights. You’ll also play a key role in shaping creative strategy and reporting on how Paid Social is contributing to our wider marketing and business goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Planning, launching, and optimising Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms and objectives

  • Monitoring and analysing performance to deliver actionable insights and ensure campaigns meet ROI and growth targets

  • Providing weekly performance updates against channel KPIs and sharing insights with the Paid Social team, wider Marketing function, and senior leadership

  • Championing a test-and-learn approach to continuously evolve strategy and improve results

  • Partnering with our in-house creative team to brief, review, and launch impactful assets in line with Paid Social best practice

  • Keeping up with industry trends, platform updates, and new opportunities to ensure your work remains ahead of the curve

  • Planning and phasing monthly budgets to achieve performance targets efficiently

  • Supporting wider creative campaigns with input on strategic direction, audience targeting, and budget recommendations

  • Collaborating closely with our Data & Insight team to better understand user journeys and inform campaign execution

  • Managing your task list and priorities effectively, proactively communicating any risks or blockers

  • Ensuring all campaigns are aligned with business goals and executed with clarity, consistency, and measurable outcomes

  • Delivering daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, with a focus on clarity, relevance, and continuous improvement

  • Working cross-functionally with key Marketing stakeholders to align objectives and optimise campaign performance

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in a Paid Social role, either in-house or agency-side

  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns using Ads Manager across multiple platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to optimise campaigns across a range of objectives (traffic, conversions, awareness, etc.)

  • Confident in interpreting data and presenting performance insights to varied audiences

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategy

  • Clear, concise communicator – both written and verbal

  • Comfortable working in Excel and using it for reporting and analysis

  • Passion for digital marketing, innovation, and staying ahead of industry trends

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and an eagerness to learn and grow

 

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
