Reward Manager
OVERVIEW:
We're looking for someone like you to join us as a Reward Manager, bringing your expertise to help shape how we reward and recognise our teams across both our global business and retail operations. You'll play a key part in our People Team, acting as the go-to for all Reward-related queries and working closely with colleagues across multiple regions and functions.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Compensation & Benchmarking: Support global reward strategy through market analysis, salary structures, and job evaluations to ensure competitive, fair pay across regions.
- Total Reward: Create, manage and develop reward and recognition programmes with a Total Reward lens, alongside cost effective and engaging initiatives that drive high performance
- Global Mobility: Work alongside the Senior Benefits & Mobility Executive to coordinate international relocations and assignments, ensuring smooth processes in partnership with tax, legal, and immigration providers.
- Reward Processes: Support annual compensation cycles (e.g. salary reviews, bonuses) and incentive programs, including retail-specific schemes.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure reward practices meet local legislative requirements and internal governance standards.
- Stakeholder Support: Act as a reward advisor to People Partners, managers, and employees, delivering clear communications on total reward offerings.
- Data & Reporting: Provide insights across all areas of Rewad to support impactful decision-making
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in compensation and benefits, including benchmarking, pay structures, and incentive schemes.
- Knowledge of global reward practices and compliance across multiple regions (e.g. UK, US, EU).
- Strong reporting and Microsoft Excel capability, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insight
- Hands-on benefits administration and provider management experience.
- Involvement in annual reward cycles (salary reviews, bonuses, performance pay).
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Sage) and data reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management across HR, managers, and external partners.
Preferred Criteria:
- Background in retail, with understanding of hourly pay, sales incentives, and volume hiring.
- Exposure to global mobility or international relocation processes is a plus.
This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
SALARY RANGE
This role has a salary range between £50'000 - £60'000. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
