Senior Benefits and Mobility Executive

Solihull

OVERVIEW:

In this role, you’ll be supporting the Head of Total Reward with the day-to-day management of our employee benefits and global mobility programs. You’ll be the go-to person for all things benefits-related, owning the communication and administration of our global benefits offering, making sure everything runs smoothly and that our people feel supported and informed. You’ll also take the lead on coordinating domestic and international relocations, working within a clear framework to make the process as seamless as possible for our team members

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Benefits

  • Manage and maintain employee benefits across all Gymshark regions (UK, US, EU).

  • Lead benefit communications tailored to different stakeholder groups.

  • Ensure timely and accurate benefit administration.

  • Act as the main contact for benefit queries from employees and providers.

  • Coordinate with providers on renewals, enrolments, and legal compliance.

  • Collaborate with Payroll and People Ops on deductions and reporting.

  • Keep all benefits policies and documentation current and compliant.

Global Mobility

  • Manage end-to-end domestic and international relocations and assignments.

  • Advise stakeholders on mobility policies, immigration, and tax implications.

  • Coordinate with third parties to ensure compliant, efficient relocations.

  • Track and report on mobility data (e.g. assignments, costs, visa renewals).

  • Maintain mobility policies and frameworks aligned with business and legal needs.

  • Provide support and guidance to employees throughout their international relocation journey, ensuring a smooth transition experience 

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Skills & experience:  

  • Proven experience of administering employee benefit programmes 
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering mobility policies, projects and programme 
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners (People team, finance, tax, global mobility and immigration) 
  • Communication and influencing skills and experience with the ability to articulate complex topics both verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences. 
  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment with the ability to respond to change 

Preferred Skills & experience: 

  • Experience of working with immigration partners and lawyers 
  • Experience of delivering business wide employee benefit communication 

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.

 

SALARY RANGE

This role has a salary range between £36'000- £40'000. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
