Affiliate & Brand Partnerships Manager
OVERVIEW:
The Affiliate & Brand Partnerships Manager will fly the flag for the channel, ensuring Gymshark executing in the most innovative and disruptive way and managing relationships with best in industry partners.
This role will ensure the channel is executing alongside best practises, driving revenue and identifying the opportunities at play to drive growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Responsible for:
- Understanding wider commercial objectives and leading the strategy to drive acquisition to achieve channel targets and wider business goals.
- Developing an innovative and disruptive channel strategy that drives sales growth.
- Providing recommendations to drive revenue, positive ROI, and new customer acquisition.
- Introducing new relationships with strategic partners that presents an opportunity for brand.
- Developing existing relationships with Affiliate Marketing networks and partners
- Ensuring the channel is aligned with other Marketing team to execute an omni-channel approach across key markets.
- Seeking new opportunities for the channel to explore to drive incremental revenue.
- Collaboratively build a channel strategy to drive an uplift in new customer acquisition.
- Managing a global channel strategy, active across the key markets for the business
- Exploring the latest trends in the industry and ensuring the channel is reactive and open to new ways to execute.
- Defining the channel strategy for key moments in the financial year (for example Black Friday)
- Achieving the channel objectives for the financial year which contribute to the wider Marketing teams goals.
- Negotiating with partners to ensure Gymshark has the most competitive rates.
- Forecast and manage team spend and make educated propositions for development opportunities.
- Coach, mentor and upskill direct reports based on role requirements.
Accountable for:
- Defining the key success metrics for the channel that deliver business wide goals and objectives.
- Reporting on channel trends and the impact of new initiatives and changes in strategy
- Execution following channel and industry best practises, ensuring Gymshark activates in the most appropriate way.
- Ensuring activations are aligned with other marketing channels to avoid siloed messages across channels.
- Ensuring budget is allocated in the most optimal areas.
- Accountable for facilitating the growth of the channel in the key market regions.
- Accountable for developing a healthy high performing channel, driving incremental revenue and achieving channel targets.
Accountable for the team to work hand in hand with all digital marketing channels where appropriate
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
- 3 yearsโ experience in executing Affiliate Marketing campaigns.
- Experience in managing an Affiliate Marketing network (for example Partnerise)
- Experience in leading a team
- Experience in budget management

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
