Senior Paid Search Executive
Solihull
OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Search Executive to lead the strategy execution for Paid Search globally, alongside managing and phasing budgets, reporting on performance against objectives and coaching/mentoring our team of executives.
You will work closely with other marketing stakeholders, ensuring we are utilising the latest content, channels and tactics to continue to develop and grow Paid Search for the business whilst hitting traffic, revenue and ROI targets.
This is an exciting opportunity for a paid search specialist to join the team to help build, grow, and develop the strategy and team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Leading on key campaigns to ensure innovation and testing is at the forefront of all Paid Search activity.
- Identifying and optimising opportunities within campaigns and constantly evolving what good looks like.
- Managing Paid Search executives with task management, guidance on best practices and personal and professional development.
- Ensuring weekly and monthly reporting and analysis is focused on making actionable insights for the Paid Search team, wider Marketing team and Senior Management.
- Completing frequent analysis of Paid Search performance to inform optimisations and to inform the senior team on how Paid Search is contributing to the overall business growth.
- Working with wider teams in the business to knowledge share, align on executional strategies and measurement.
- Running the latest alpha and beta opportunities available to Gymshark to stay at the forefront of innovation.
- Ensuring we are expanding our regional Paid Search strategies in line with business objectives and effectively utilising budget across these territories.
- Identifying new opportunities on platforms and willing to test new formats and placements.
- Forecasting potential outturn from Paid Search activity from conducting thorough and consistent analysis of performance and results.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Previous Paid Search experience in-house or within an agency
- Experience in using Google AdWords Editor and bid management tools.
- Experience optimising all Paid Search activity, including bid management, creative and competitor benchmarking
- Confident in presenting findings to the team
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of audiences, written and verbally
- Confident in querying data and problem solving
- Ability to analyse data and report on findings
- Competent with Excel
- A passion for all things digital and a desire to test new tactics and keep up to date with industry changes
