In Store Personal Shopper - White City
OVERVIEW
At Gymshark, our mission is to Unite the Conditioning Community. We do this by bringing together the Gymshark community – whether it be through a love of conditioning, wearing our product, following our Athletes or viewing content across our various social platforms.
As a Personal Shopper, you are a brand ambassador – ensuring that our community has the most incredible Gymshark experience, using your positive energy and sense of fun to build a welcoming and inclusive environment. The role acts as a dedicated shopping assistant for customers, providing personalised advice and suggestions to help them find the best items based on their needs, style, and budget.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Meeting customers who’ve booked an appointment
- Getting to know customers’ likes, dislikes and budget
- Select products or services that fulfil customers’ needs
- Build, maintain and develop a rapport with our community
- Finding potential walk-in customers on the shop floor during appointment-free periods
- Fulfilling admin duties, such as tracking and sending over KPIs and appointment notes
- Ensuring the 121 Shopping space is fully stocked and tidy
- Maintaining deep brand and product awareness, supporting the wider team with product education as experts
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Previous experience in a retail/sales environment
- Driver of exceptional customer service using positive language, clear communication, effective listening
- Additional languages spoken would be a bonus
- Confident in approaching and building relationships with the community. Going above and beyond in catering to individual needs (personal, cultural) by remaining adaptive and attentive
- Passionate about styling whilst aware of current trends within both the brand and industry
- Attention to detail - making suggestions that are in line with a customer's vision, according to their needs
- Driven to learn all things product - delivering information and answering questions about our product
- Ability to work collaboratively in both a smaller and wider team
- Capable and confident in working in a fast-paced environment whilst balancing multiple requests
- Driven to achieve and exceed team KPIs
