Visual Merchandising Specialist - Westfield White City

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Reporting into the White City VM Manager, and working closely with the Global VM Team, you’ll be responsible for the visual merchandising execution of the store.
- Be a champion for all things ‘Go to Market.’ Anything customer facing needs to be implemented to the highest standard to ensure a seamless in-store experience for our community.
- Collaborating with the in-store visual team to inspire both customers and internal team with vision and trend setting. Pushing boundaries with styling and product displays.
- Ensuring you are always setting brand guidance to the highest standard and ensuring the VM guideline layouts are interpreted and implemented in the best commercial way for your store.
- Supporting the planning and execution of all VM layouts.
- Supporting the execution of window displays when required by the global team.
- Keeping on top of mannequin styling, ensuring outfits are to guidance and in line with current trends and showing Gymshark in the best possible way.
- Maintaining the POS and the store equipment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Experience in a similar visual merchandising role.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, high volume, agile environment.
- A passion for community, wellbeing and fitness.
- Highly effective communicator, written and verbal.
- Be a team player.
- You are comfortable shifting gears and spinning multiple plates.
- Must be able to take and give constructive feedback.
You must be able to commit to working at weekends, bank holidays and overnights.
