Athlete Marketing Executive

Role Overview:
As an Athlete Marketing Executive International, you'll be reporting to the Regional Athlete Marketing Manager. Your main role will be managing talent and helping out with the day-to-day activities, while also supporting the Senior Executive in planning and rolling out the regional Partnerships strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Finding and activating new creators in the region.
- Getting creators involved in product launches and brand campaigns by coming up with creative, attention-grabbing marketing plans and briefs.
- Being the go-to person for our current creators, making sure their experience with the brand is smooth and seamless.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators to keep everything running perfectly between them and the brand.
- Supporting in the kick-off of Brand campaigns and NPD drops, supporting designated stakeholders to ensure flawless planning and execution
- Ensure all operational steps are executed in time by leading the comms with the Coordinator and Operations Executive
- Plan, develop and execute regional activations in line with the brand’s objectives
- Collaborate with wider internal teams to strategically activate the network of talent and grow
the brand’s presence through impactful marketing campaigns and bespoke initiatives - Reporting on talent performance using KPI’s set by line manager
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Evidence of experience working within influencer marketing and/or social media marketing
- Comfortable manipulating and analysing data
- Acute understanding of the regional landscape
- Ability to manage competing priorities and effectively manage workflow to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Ability to work well under pressure, both as part of a cohesive team and as an individual contributor
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skill
This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
