Talent Acquisition Specialist
About TensorOps
TensorOps is a boutique AI consultancy that bridges the gap between strategy and execution. We design and ship production-grade AI systems for enterprise clients, from fast-growing unicorns to Fortune 500 and publicly listed companies.
Our work spans agentic AI, LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, MLOps, computer vision, and other ML-driven products. We work extensively with leading AI ecosystems such as Anthropic and OpenAI, building and deploying scalable solutions primarily on AWS, while also supporting Azure, Google Cloud, and other technologies when required by our clients.
The solutions we have delivered impact more than 200 million end users every day, and 95% of our validated ideas reach production within two months.
We are remote by design and connected by choice. We value autonomy, open communication, technical excellence, and people who care deeply about delivering meaningful work.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong knowledge of the European and Latin American talent markets. You will own and continuously improve our recruitment strategy while managing the end-to-end hiring process for roles across AI/ML, Generative AI, MLOps, Data, AWS, Cloud, DevOps, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and other business functions.
Join us and help build the team shaping how ambitious organizations adopt and scale AI.
