The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented AI Solutions Sales Executive to be the engine of our growth. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers (from CTOs to VPs of Innovation), and closing deals for our suite of AI consulting services.
You will not just be selling a product; you will be selling expertise and partnership. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex client challenges into tangible, AI-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

Consultative Selling: Deeply understand the business needs and technical challenges of prospective clients to effectively articulate how TensorOps' services can deliver a strong return on investment.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and regular updates in our CRM.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.

Technical Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers to scope projects, develop compelling proposals, and conduct solution demonstrations.

Partner Channel Development: Leverage and strengthen our partnerships with cloud vendors (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) to identify and pursue joint selling opportunities.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform and refine our sales strategy.

Represent TensorOps: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
Required Qualifications & Skills

3-5+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within the technology services, SaaS, or consulting industry.

A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

A strong interest in and ability to grasp complex technical concepts, particularly in the realm of AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working with autonomy in a dynamic, small-team environment.

Fluency in English is essential for communicating with our international clients.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Direct experience selling AI/ML solutions, data analytics services, or cloud professional services.

An existing network of contacts within relevant industries (e.g., Finance, Retail, Healthcare, Tech) in Portugal and/or across Europe.

Proficiency in Portuguese.

Experience with the service offerings of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience working with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
