Junior Graphic Designer

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to help shape our brand and marketing materials across digital, print, and retail.

You will work alongside our Brand, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams, producing considered visual work that gives our campaigns and brand stories form. This is a hands on, execution focused role, with room to grow your craft in concept development and visual storytelling.

Based in Copenhagen, this role reports to the Senior Graphic Designer and offers real support in your growth while you contribute to fast-moving, hands-on projects.

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
  • Support the creation of brand and marketing assets across social media, email, print, and retail.
  • Design layouts and artwork for campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Adapt and roll out existing creative concepts across formats and sizes while holding to a consistent brand language.
  • Help develop visual content for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Prepare artwork files for print production and digital delivery.
  • Support Visual Merchandising through in store graphics, signage, and window displays.
  • Keep every output true to our brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Respond to feedback and make revisions with care and attention.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • Previous experience in graphic design, branding, or a related creative role, internships included.
  • A strong portfolio that shows a feel for layout, typography, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and InDesign) and Figma.
  • A considered understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in, or curiosity about, marketing, fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands.
  • Care for detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative way of working.
  • A proactive attitude and a genuine wish to learn and grow.
  • An openness to direction and feedback, and to improving with each project.

We will review applications and conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, with the aim of having the successful candidate join us in August / September.  Please note, applications without a portfolio or work samples will not be considered.
