Marketing Activation Manager

Purpose of the Role
 
The Marketing Activation Manager at Tekla is a pivotal role designed to enhance our brand presence across touchpoints, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery across channels. This position is instrumental in supporting Tekla’s position as the world’s leading brand in personal luxury through innovative and impactful marketing.
 
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be a senior member of the Marketing team, leading cross-functional planning and contribution to activations, working closely with members of the Marketing team across Customer, Performance, PR and Community in addition to Creative, E-Commerce and Retail teams. You will serve as a senior ambassador of Tekla values, maintaining professionalism and fostering positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
 
Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: 

Marketing Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market activations in alignment with the Marketing Calendar. Significant experience leading marketing programs across various channels, with a focus on delivering creative ideas and managing integrated communication strategies.
  • Understand Social Media deeply, with the ability to influence and advocate for best-in-class ideation that supports the brand and business growth.
  • Strong attention-to-detail and ability to oversee programmes of work ensuring consistency in messaging and delivery across channels, including digital and physical environments.
  • Lead Retail Marketing initiatives, ensuring both physical and digital strategies meet business objectives and enhance brand storytelling.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Ensure cohesive content delivery across channels to support omnichannel growth and engagement.
  • Work closely with Marketing streams including Customer, Performance, PR and Community, and Creative teams to deliver best-in-class narratives across channels.
  • Support commercial channel owners in building an integrated go-to-market activation plan that builds momentum and drives results.

Activation Excellence

  • Collaborate with retail teams to create unique in-store experiences, such as events and activations, that drive customer engagement and commercial success and contribute to developing the global playbook for Retail Marketing efforts.
  • Lead events, and drive impactful brand experiences that help to create meaningful moments delivering engagement and growth. Drive creation ideation in activation campaigns, projects and brand messages in unique ways.
We'd love to hear from you if you are/have:
  • Experience: 5+ years in a central marketing role, preferably within a D2C or premium/luxury brand.
  • Expertise: Proficient in communications, social media and event planning, with excellent English proficiency.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to plan and navigate complex stakeholder groups and bring together to deliver optimal outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and externally, including with customers, press and community.
  • Brand Alignment: Deep understanding of premium/luxury brand marketing and an ability to balance commercial objectives with brand equity.
  • Additional: People management and leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop effectively.
This role is based in Copenhagen at Tekla HQ, requiring regular engagement with retail teams locally and globally as they expand.
