Head of Product

Relai is Europe's fastest growing Bitcoin-only app. We're looking for an experienced, result-oriented and impact-driven Head of Product who can help us scale our company and pursue our mission of bringing the best store of value to more people.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach Product Managers to operate autonomously and deliver value to our users fast while maintaining a high quality standard.
• Own Relai's product vision and roadmap across mobile and web and ensure it translates into shipped products that excite our users, not just plans.
• Establish clear prioritization frameworks that protect team focus and align with our overall company goals and OKRs.
• Build strong product rituals - intake, triage, planning, and review - that increase clarity and reduce noise.
• Partner closely with our Engineering team to balance speed and technical excellence; you challenge constructively, not politically.
• Raise the bar for simplicity, great UX/UI, and trust in our mobile and web app.
• Define, track and improve key product success metrics such as conversion, retention, referral, production quality and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years leading PM teams.
• Proven track record of shipping - not just planning. You've built and scaled products from 0→1 in fintech startups or scale-ups.
• Strong execution instincts - you know when to cut scope, kill ideas, and protect focus.
• Deep collaboration with engineering - you understand trade-offs between speed and tech debt.
• Comfortable in a founder-led company - you translate vision into execution without competing for strategy ownership.
• Data-informed but not paralyzed - you ship, learn, and iterate.
• High ownership mentality - bias for action over alignment theatre.
