Job Summary:
Are you a driven and customer-focused professional ready to own client relationships and make an impact on a global scale? Join Techary as an Account Executive in our New Jersey office, where you’ll play a key role in managing and expanding our US customer base while delivering exceptional service and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business through lead generation, sales funnel management, and account acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing their global needs.
- Building an effective account plan including identifying whitespace and effectively implementing and executing against this plan
- Collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations.
- Report on performance and key drivers internally and to customer stakeholders
- Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly business reviews for key accounts.
- Ensure CRM accuracy with consistent updates and opportunity management.
- Provide a first-class customer experience by meeting key metrics like response times and deliverable deadlines.
- Be the point of contact for all external requests
- Include a natural ability to network and expand our sales efforts in similar spaces, verticals and customers as part of your customer relationships
Experience/Skills:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Finance experience, preferably VAR related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a natural talent for networking.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and develop new customer relationships, taking them from initial engagement through to long-term account management.
- MSP experience is desired as well, but not required

Office Based: 4 days a week and 1 day WFH
