About the opportunity 

As a Product Manager for Video, you will join a lean, hands-on team responsible for an end-to-end marketplace. This role is unique: it touches the Supply side (ensuring premium publishers have the right formats and scale) and the Demand side (attracting TikTok and Meta advertisers to the open internet).

Reporting directly to the Product Leadership for Video, you will act as a strategic partner in a "divide and conquer" model. While you and the Product Lead will share the full product vision, you will eventually take primary ownership of one pillar—either Supply or Demand—while maintaining the versatility to support the entire ecosystem.

 

What will you do?

  • Marketplace Orchestration: Balance the needs of publishers (UX, yield, and scale) with the needs of advertisers (creative ease-of-use, engagement, and performance).
  • Supply-Side Scale: Collaborate with the Publishing team to ensure video experiences are native, high-performing, and integrated at scale across the Teads network.
  • Demand-Side Growth: Build features that lower the friction for "social-first" advertisers to migrate budgets to the open web, including social-to-web ingestion.
  • Format Innovation: Partner with the Creative Lab to design and ship video experiences that mirror the engagement of social platforms (swipeable stories, interactive overlays, etc.).
  • Hands-on Execution: Navigate the full product lifecycle from initial discovery and data analysis to technical spec writing and global GTM.

 

What will you bring to the team?

  • Your skills and experiences:
    • 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within AdTech, Social Media, or high-growth Marketplace environments.
    • End-to-End Versatility: The ability to pivot between technical supply-side constraints (Video Player tech, VAST standards) and demand-side commercial goals (Social agency workflows, ROI metrics).
    • Startup Mindset: You are comfortable in a fast-paced, "builder" environment where you are expected to be both strategic and hands-on.
    • Analytical Precision: Strong ability to use data (VTR, CTR, Attention Metrics) to identify bottlenecks in the supply/demand funnel and iterate quickly.
    • Fluent Communication: You can translate complex product roadmaps into clear value propositions for both engineering teams and commercial stakeholders.
    • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a high-touch, lean team structure where daily iteration with leadership is the norm.
  • Bonus points:
    • Relevant Ad Tech experience in the above listed domain areas.
    • Proven experience working with cross functional teams (RnD, ops, marketing, sales, etc).
    • Understanding of the "Walled Garden" ad products (TikTok, Reels, Snapchat).
    • Familiarity with mobile web/in-app environments and video delivery standards.
    • Experience with Creative Automation or AI-driven video optimization.
