About the opportunity 

As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing internal relationships, planning and executing media strategies, and acting as a key liaison between various departments, including the Studio, Insights, Campaign Management (CM) and Sales teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of superior client satisfaction, drive campaign success, and foster strong interdepartmental collaboration.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with the sales team and agencies to understand their business objectives and develop comprehensive media plans to achieve their goals
  • Coordinate with the Insights team to analyze market trends and audience data
  • Work closely with the Campaign Management team to oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance metrics
  • Act as a bridge between the Studio, Campaign Management , Insights, and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables

About You

  • Minimum 2-3 year of experience in media advertising (agency or supply side) with strong account management experience
  • Strong understanding of media planning, digital marketing, and campaign management
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections at major advertising agencies
  • Commercially savvy with a hunter mindset to grow existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments
  • University degree
