About the opportunity 

Join Teads at the forefront of recommendation technology in the open web. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will tackle complex challenges and provide world-class technical support to our global clients, ensuring the seamless performance of our products and services. You will act as a primary technical authority, collaborating with experts in R&D, AdOps, and Product to drive ongoing success.

What will you do?

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Deliver advanced solutions to global clients, handling cases within predefined SLAs.
  • Collaboration: Work with Account Managers to support major global brands and partner with cross-functional teams to solve analytical challenges.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct direct calls with clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage issue resolution across platforms like Slack, Salesforce, and email.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure the correct setup of campaigns, pixels, and creatives.
  • Data Analysis: Perform in-depth troubleshooting by pulling and analyzing data to provide tailored insights to marketers.
  • Product Improvement: Share technical insights and ideas to contribute to the continuous evolution of our offerings.
  • Documentation: Actively participate in the maintenance and updating of internal and external technical documentation, ensuring troubleshooting guides and product workflows remain accurate and accessible.

 

What will you bring to the team?

Your skills and experiences:

  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in a Technical Solutions or technical support role, preferably within the Adtech sector.
  • Web Fundamentals: Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and how the web works.
  • Automation & Tools: Scripting proficiency (JavaScript, Python, etc.) for automation , plus familiarity with text editors (VS Code, Cursor, Vim, etc.).
  • Data Skills: Solid understanding of SQL and proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Technical Basics: Knowledge of Chrome Developer Tools for troubleshooting. 
  • Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to facilitate effective stakeholder collaboration. Additional languages could be an advantage
  • Soft Skills: A proactive mindset, a passion for technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points:

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience specifically within the Adtech sector.
  • Specialized Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and API exploration tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
  • External Platforms: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar tracking tools.
  • Languages: Proficiency in additional languages.
