About the opportunity
Teads is looking for a passionate and motivated Employee Experience coordinator to join our awesome People & Culture team. As an Employee experience coordinator, you will facilitate new initiatives and execute a range of activities within HR & Welfare that will support the HR department.
This is a great opportunity to enter the HR world, expand your set of skills and be part of a team with an impact on the organization’s work environment.
What will you do?
- Initiate, plan and execute employee experience activities, welfare activities, office events, holidays, and more.
- Brainstorm and research creative ideas for company events and work with external vendors to execute.
- Be proactive to ensure effective welfare processes, including managing various gifting platforms and annual employee benefits.
- Be the go-to person for various employee requests.
- Run the Outbrain Israel Facebook page.
- Have a #GetStuffDone attitude to drive tasks to delivery.
- Overall, help create a warm, eventful, and “fun” company culture.
- Report directly to the VP People and Culture of the company.
What will you bring to the team?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- High level of organization, focus, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a fast paced working environment
- Proactive and passionate about welfare and wellbeing
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
- Strong service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PP), familiarity with learning new software and apps
