About the opportunity

Location: Ljubljana
Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about optimizing business processes and enabling teams with the power of technology? We’re looking for a Business Applications Specialist to join our global organization and play a key role in implementing, integrating, and driving adoption of core business applications. This position is perfect for someone with a technical mindset and a drive to solve business challenges across a diverse application landscape.

Who You Are:
You operate at the crossroads of business operations and technology. You quickly learn new systems, are motivated to unravel complex workflows, and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. You have hands-on experience working with modern business applications, and are eager to help teams leverage digital tools more effectively.

What will you do?

  • Application Implementation & Optimization: Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of business applications (CRM, ERP, automation tools, and more), with Salesforce as a starting point but not a requirement for your background.

  • Business Process Analysis: Partner with business stakeholders to map, analyze, and continuously improve workflows—identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains across processes.

  • Technical Solutioning: Develop and roll out practical application solutions, using configuration and basic scripting or integrations to connect and extend systems where needed.

  • Integration: Support integration efforts between applications, ensuring clean and seamless data flow across platforms such as CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and support tools.

  • Reporting & Insights: Build, maintain, and improve custom reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions and operational transparency.

  • Data Quality & Security: Help uphold high data quality, user management protocols, and data security within application environments.

  • Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Stay up to date on new tools, features, and best practices. Document configurations and enhancements, and champion continuous improvement across our applications ecosystem.

What will you bring to the team?

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting business applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, HR, Finance). Salesforce experience is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Solid technical background—confident in workflows, application configuration, basic scripting, APIs, or integrations.

  • Strong analytical and process mapping abilities; experienced in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills; collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders, and explain complex concepts simply.

  • Detail-oriented and organized; skilled at creating documentation and following implementation best practices.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with APIs, low-code or no-code platforms, and integration tools.

  • Bonus: Hands-on experience with any of the following: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

  • You connect with our values:
    • Relentless Customer Focus: You put customers at the heart of everything, building strong relationships, understanding customers needs, and making decisions that keep their perspective front and center.
    • Act Today, Not Tomorrow: You make smart decisions quickly, prioritize action over perfection, and keep things moving forward, even when things aren’t 100% clear.
    • Obsess About Outcomes: You’re outcome-driven, take ownership of your results, and work through challenges to deliver what really matters.
    • Evolve Through Change: You’re adaptable, curious, and see change as a chance to learn and improve. You evolve your skills to keep up and push ahead.
    • Human-driven, Powered by AI: While we use AI to drive performance, it’s our people who make the real difference. You bring empathy, collaboration, and a love of learning to everything you do.

We care about you

  • Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office).
  • Expand your toolbox with our mentorship program and internal learning tools.
