About The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to drive revenue-related forecasting in partnership with key sales leaders across the organization. This role plays a critical part in providing senior
leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic sales decision-making and long-term financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate financial details succinctly with relevance, superior financial modeling skills, business acumen, and the ability to serve as a key partner to sales leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse sales and revenue trends to better understand how metrics and KPIs will impact future business potential
- Communicate key business insights to revenue leaders and key stakeholders through ongoing business partnering
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyse business performance, identify trends, and assess financial risks and opportunities.
- Convey key financial metrics and insights to executives and finance leaders across the organization
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Support strategic initiatives with scenario modelling, ROI analysis, and capital planning.
- Drive improvements in FP&A processes and systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Provide insightful analysis on business drivers, revenue trends, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Drive preparation process on materials for executive leadership, including board presentations and investor updates.
- Proactively lead and develop ad hoc projects as needed, with specific focus on those that drive ROI and/or deliver value to partners and stakeholders
- Foster collaboration within the FP&A Revenue team by promoting transparency, encouraging active participation and knowledge sharing, and ensuring seamless execution of shared objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; experience with software Salesforce and Planful is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
