About the opportunity
Teads is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to lead our IT and Security product initiatives. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and delivering a product roadmap that ensures the robustness, security, and efficiency of our internal IT infrastructure and information security programs. You will work closely with engineering, operations, legal, and various business units to safeguard our data, systems, and reputation, while enabling our global teams to operate effectively and securely.
What will you do?
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IT and Security products, aligning with Teads' overall business objectives and risk posture.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback (internal stakeholders) to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, risk, cost, and feasibility, clearly communicating trade-offs and rationale.
- Requirements & Design:
- Translate high-level product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases for the engineering and security teams.
- Collaborate with engineers, security architects, and other stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for all product initiatives and track performance post-launch.
- Execution & Delivery:
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Work closely with engineering and security teams in an Agile development environment to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Communicate product updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders across the organization.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including IT operations, security operations, legal, privacy, engineering, and business unit leaders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT and Security product-related inquiries and communications.
- Evangelize the importance of IT and Security initiatives and ensure widespread adoption of solutions.
- Security & Compliance Focus:
- Stay abreast of the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all IT and Security products adhere to relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal security policies.
- Work with compliance teams to prepare for and support audits.
What will you bring to the team?
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, advantage to candidates with a strong focus on IT infrastructure, information security, or cybersecurity products.
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful products in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the AdTech industry.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (networking, cloud platforms, identity management, SaaS management, endpoint management, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of information security principles, frameworks, and technologies (e.g., access control, data encryption, incident response, vulnerability management, SIEM, EDR, network security).
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent are a plus.
