About the opportunity 

At Teads, we’re looking for a client-focused programmatic specialist to join our Global Deal ID Operations team. This role will support our Commercial organization by providing pre-sale support and managing post-sale Deal ID execution, building strong internal and external relationships, and ensuring campaign success across our platform. If you’re passionate about programmatic media, strategic thinking, and delivering exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales teams pre-sale via RFP and activation guidance:
    • Compiling Audience recommendations
    • Floor/Base Pricing and Bid Guidance
    • Format & Creative feasibility (e.g., spec guidance, simple creative editor & QR code buildouts).
  • Build, distribute, and maintain Deal IDs based on campaign intent and activation type (PMP, PG).
  • Tag and distribute enhanced creative for activation via Deal ID.
  • Client-Direct troubleshooting support around:
    • Delivery, Pacing & Performance
    • Measurement discrepancies (e.g. viewability, brand safety, 1x1 tracking)
  • Provide delivery insights and recommendations, such as media metrics, pacing updates, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Submit and manage internal support tickets for technical challenges, and consolidate feedback for future product improvements.
  • Collaborate with Research, Studio, and Account Management teams on process alignment, pre- and post-sale needs.

What will you bring to the team?

Your skills and experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience in programmatic campaign management and/or ad operations (SSP, DSP, or media agency preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Programmatic Buying (Open Auction, PG, PMP)
  • Has some understanding of the intricacies of tactical systems and processes (major DSPs, 3rd Party Ad Servers, vendor verification platforms) 
  • Has a proven track record of exceptional time management – effectively plans long-term and big picture projects, while maintaining day-to-day effectiveness.  
  • Continually promotes and achieves high standards of quality at work, applies attention to detail to execution and constantly looks for problems to solve and ways to improve.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill technical details for commercial teams and clients.
  • Expert in excel with some experience utilizing data visualization tools (looker, Tableau) 
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across time zones in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong follow-through.

Preferred Skills:

  • Direct Buying experience in one of the major DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, Yahoo) across display, native & video.
  • Experience implementing or generating 3rd party ad tags (VASTs, Javascript, 1x1 tracking tags, etc.)
  • Technical understanding of SSP integrations, 3rd party verification partners (e.g., IAS/DV), and measurement.

The pay range for this position is USD $85,000 to $105,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
