About the opportunity 

Are you passionate about discovering exceptional talent and eager to gain hands-on experience in a leading global organization? Teads is seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Student position to join our IL People & Culture team for a part-time position (3-4 days) for 6 months in the Netanya office. This role offers an incredible opportunity to play a crucial part in our team’s success while learning and growing in a supportive environment.

 

What will you do?

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Utilize Advanced Search Techniques: Conduct Boolean searches and use X-ray techniques to find candidate profiles across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
  • Conduct screening calls with candidates.
  • Leverage Social Media Engagement: Create engaging content and campaigns on social media to attract potential candidates to our company and opportunities.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Participate in industry forums, online tech communities, and local meetups to network with potential candidates and learn more about where top talent congregates.
  • Implement Talent Mapping: Assist in mapping talent pools in specific tech areas by researching and compiling information on potential candidates and industry trends.
  • Craft Targeted Messaging: Develop personalized outreach messages and email campaigns that effectively communicate opportunities and engage technical talent.
  • Competitive Analysis: Research competitor hiring practices and market positioning to identify opportunities to differentiate and attract talent.
  • Maintain Candidate Database: Assist in organizing and updating the candidate database to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and potential pipeline candidates.
  • Be part of a global HR team, raising ideas, improving current processes and constantly thinking in a creative and out-of-the-box way.

 

What will you bring to the team?

  • A current student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field, with at least one year remaining in your studies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
