What will you do?

As Senior Product Manager, (Programmatic), you will own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify market opportunities, define clear objectives, and drive the development of solutions that excite our customers and improve the efficiency and scalability of our programmatic offerings.

Shape the product roadmap: 

  • Gather and analyze needs from internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, traders, clients and our partners (DSP, platform, etc.)
  • Identify and explore business and market opportunities through competitive intelligence and market analysis
  • Define and communicate a strategic product vision and roadmap priorities, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
  • Maintain a structured roadmap and communicate updates regularly to manage stakeholder expectations and build momentum

Manage product development & roll-out: 

  • Define product requirements and innovative solution design, balancing complexity and value, and support functional decisions with data-driven analysis as appropriate
  • Define clear objectives and success metrics for each initiative, monitoring progress and performance
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to execute the product roadmap strategy and ensure qualitative & on-track delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with project delivery support teams, e.g., product marketing, to define & execute the go-to-market strategy and maximize product adoption

Drive technical innovation & scalability

  • Lead the strategy to unify & optimize our programmatic infrastructure, including RTB integrations and PMP management tools
  • Identify & explore technical & operational strategies / synergies to scale PMP delivery
  • Define & execute a recalibration strategy for open auction to maximize efficiency and yield, in close collaboration with the data science teams
  • Oversee the technical onboarding of new DSP & programmatic partners
  • Ensure robust and optimized technical integrations with existing DSP & other programmatic partners for frictionless & scalable operations

What will you bring to the team?

Your skills and experiences:
  • Experience in a business, product, or strategy role, ideally in a tech or programmatic advertising company (eg: SSP, DSP)
  • Familiarity in working with OpenRTB
  • A strong appetite for product, with the ability to translate business needs into product solutions
  • 5+ years expertise in the programmatic environment, ideally with hands-on experience using major DSPs (DV360, Amazon, The Trade Desk, etc.) including campaign setup, optimization, performance analysis
  • Experience with the majority of SSPs 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and understand how a product fits into our overall business and strategy
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts, collaborate effectively with engineering teams, and understand the underlying architecture of programmatic platforms
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a data-driven mindset
  • Fluent in English and experienced in working with cross-functional teams
  • Resourceful, self-starter, and team player
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, marketing or related field
  • Experience in product management & project management in tech companies

The pay range for this position is USD $150,000 to $200,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
