About the opportunity 

We are looking for a Human Resources Operations Assistant to join our People & Culture (P&C) team in Paris. This apprenticeship/internship plays a key role in supporting administrative tasks that ensure accurate payroll, compliance, and smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees. You will contribute to orchestrating payroll and benefits, drafting legal documents, optimizing onboarding/offboarding/P&C processes, and developing the internal training program. You will also help ensure an ethical work environment. This apprenticeship/internship is a great opportunity for an engaged and analytical candidate to gain hands-on experience in general human resources.

 

What will you do?

As an P&C Operations Assistant, you will assist with:

Employees Administration:

  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including registrations with external partners
  • Drafting employment-related documents such as contracts, certificates, …
  • Helping prepare apprenticeship and external training files (OPCO)
  • Updating and maintaining employee records in our P&CIS, and contributing to system improvements
  • Creating and maintaining P&C processes and internal documentation
  • Preparing internal P&C communications to share knowledge across the company

Payroll:

  • Gathering variable payroll data, including leaves, meal vouchers, and expense reports
  • Keeping internal payroll documents up to date to ensure compliance and audit readiness

Daily P&C:

    • Answering employees’ P&C-related questions and supporting daily requests (sick leaves, P&C questions, annual leave, meal vouchers) 
    • Coordinating the full onboarding process for new employees

 

What will you bring to the team?

  • Prepare a Master’s degree in Human Resources (apprenticeship/or last year internship)
  • French bilingual is mandatory, speaking and writing ; Good level in written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills, good level at Excel
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Great attention to detail and writing skills
