About the opportunity 

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing internal relationships, planning and executing media strategies, and acting as a key liaison between various departments, including the Studio, Insights, and Sales teams. Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of superior client satisfaction, drive campaign success, and foster strong interdepartmental collaboration.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with the sales team and agencies to understand their business objectives and develop comprehensive media plans to achieve their goals
  • Coordinate with the Insights team to analyze market trends and audience data
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience team to oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance metrics
  • Act as a bridge between the Studio, Customer Experience, Insights, and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables

Campaign Management Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns including onboarding, setup, activation, pacing, and performance tracking for both self-serve and managed service models.
  • Monitor campaign health and pacing regularly, making real-time optimizations to achieve and exceed client KPIs.
  • Manage campaign execution using our DSP or self-service buying platform, ensuring timely launches and flawless delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media advertising (agency or supply side) with strong account management experience
  • Proven experience in campaign management within digital advertising, programmatic, or media buying platforms.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, digital marketing, and campaign management
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections at major advertising agencies
  • Commercially savvy with a hunter mindset to grow existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments
  • University degree
