About the role
Teads is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Director/Group Account Director to join our growing Agency division. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of media agencies, driving the adoption of our full-funnel advertising solutions with some of the biggest brands in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, becoming a trusted partner.
- Maintain a regular presence with clients through meetings, presentations, and events.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Provide strategic consultancy and deliver high-quality client service.
- Recommend tailored media solutions that align with client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Insights, Creative Studio, Account Management, Platform, etc.) to deliver optimal results.
- Negotiate and establish long-term joint business partnerships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Your Experience & Skills
- Extensive experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in digital media or advertising.
- Line management/team leadership experience preferable
- Strong knowledge of the media and advertising ecosystem, with a passion for industry trends and innovation.
- Experience in CTV/online video solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt, collaborate, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ambitious and driven, with a desire to excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
