About the opportunity 

The AR/AP Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end management of customer billing, CFDI issuance, and collections in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role supports revenue operations and works closely with both commercial and finance teams to ensure timely invoicing and cash collection.

What will you do?

  • Generate and issue customer invoices and CFDIs using Intelisis
  • Review invoice data and align with contracts and customer purchase orders
  • Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances
  • Coordinate with sales and operations to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Post customer payments and support monthly AR close processes
  • Track unbilled revenue and ensure alignment with revenue accruals
  • Reconcile AR/AP subledger to general ledger balances
  • Support audits and tax-related AR/AP documentation
  • Control and register Mexico payable invoices in our financial system
  • Performing monthly billing duties; issuing clients and intercompany invoices
  • Prepare credit card expenses and reimbursement control also maintain the support documentation
  • Engaging with clients and agencies to answer billing questions
  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Preparing bank reconciliations on a month end basis
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately according to the company policies and accepted accounting/fiscal practices

What will you bring to the team?

  • AA Degree or 5 years prior work expense
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable or billing roles in Mexico
  • Strong understanding of CFDI invoicing and SAT compliance
  • Experience with Intelisis ERP preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • English Intermediate
