The UK Data and Measurement Lead is responsible for the commercial application of Teads’ data and measurement solutions for pre-sales activity and sales brief responses on Teads’ UK business and most strategic and highest tier accounts.
The primary responsibilities for the role include (but are not limited to);
- Lead data, insights and measurement efforts across the UK market, including both domestic and international research initiatives.
- Manage and develop a UK-based team of measurement specialists (2 direct reports)
- Budget management: Manage and allocate the research budget effectively.
- Pre Sales & Sales Support: Respond to request for brief (RFP) where data related solutions are required (most importantly, audience and contextual based solutions).
- Information & Compliance: Address requests for information (RFI) where advertisers and or agencies are looking for data related questionnaires and when privacy, regulatory information is required.
- Client & Agency Engagement: Attend, present and advocate for Teads data and measurement solutions to client and agency partners in the UK.
- Internal Education & Enablement: Support UK sales and service teams on existing and new data and measurement solutions to aid in the sell, upsell and cross sell of Teads’ media products.
- Thought Leadership & Marketing Collaboration: Partnering with local marketing and sales to promote Teads data solutions in the form of case studies, thought leadership, blog posts, insights generation and more.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Industry Experience: Significant experience in the digital media marketing or the digital media advertising industry
- Programmatic Knowledge: Experience of programmatic media buying (and or selling). This involves understanding how media is bought and sold and where data is applied in the process.
- Data Expertise: Understanding of data solutions that include, but aren’t limited to; audience (demographic, behavioural, interest) and contextual targeting and measurement principles. Additional knowledge of targeting options for CTV would be an advantage.
- Consumer Insights & Strategy: Experience working with first- and third-party data to develop audience targeting strategies and insights-driven recommendations.
Relevant Work Experience: Experience in working at any of the following; media agency, advertiser marketing team (with digital responsibilities), digital publisher, media
