About the opportunity
You’ll be managing our workspace in the broadest sense possible and ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis by taking care of activities like:
- managing office supplies and equipment, organising office maintenance,
- managing relationships with vendors, service providers and the landlord,
- managing internal communication,
- coordinating with internal IT department on all office equipment,
- arranging staff travel and accommodations, documentation and similar,
- organising internal and external local company events and activities,
- taking care of mail and performing receptionist duties when needed,
- supporting local People&Culture team (events, gifts, office and on-boarding activities) and collaborating in global task forces related to office management,
- acting as a point person for maintenance,
- mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands,
- some executive assistance to local VPs,
- managing 2 office assistants to help you with office management tasks.
Our office is located on Dunajska 5, where we have 3 office floors with approximately 120 employees.
What will you bring to the team?
- a highly organised and reliable person able to work in a fast-paced environment,
- fluent in English and Slovenian, both written and spoken,
- familiar with Excel and Word,
- attending to detail and having problem solving skills,
- a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements,
- resourceful
Previous experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant is a bonus.
