About the opportunity
Teads is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented student to join our Human Resources team as an HR Operations Student. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources, offering exposure to a global, dynamic work environment and hands-on involvement in a variety of HR processes.
You’ll work closely with our HR Operations team and gain experience in areas such as employee data management, reporting, and supporting HR programs and projects. This role is a valuable entry point for students who are passionate about people, processes, and analytics — and who are eager to learn and grow in the HR field.
What will you do?
- Support the HR Operations team in maintaining and updating employee data in our HR systems (SuccessFactors, Adaptive)
- Help gather and review data from regional HR teams and support regular data audits
- Provide support in HR projects, documentation, filing, ect.
- Collaborate with the HR team on ad-hoc projects such as onboarding, employee wellness initiatives, and team events
What will you bring to the team?
- A current student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field — with at least one year remaining in your studies
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with data
- Good knowledge of Excel (formulas, tables, basic functions) — advanced skills a plus!
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- A proactive, curious, and flexible team player who enjoys learning and collaborating
