About the Buying Engine team

This Product Data Analyst role is associated with the Buying Engine team. The Buying Engine is the component in Teads’ platform that makes real time decisions about what ad to show when a user visits a webpage or watches streaming, taking into account advertiser and publisher requirements as well as business rules and goals.

What will you do?

As a Product Data Analyst, you will be responsible for enabling data-driven product decisions. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to uncover insights, monitor product adoption and effectiveness, and guide strategy.

 

  • Develop monitoring tools: build and maintain self-serve dashboards to track key product and business metrics
  • Measure the success of each product release by defining and monitoring relevant KPIs (adoption, effectiveness, revenue & cost, business impact…), reporting them regularly to key stakeholders
  • Participate to product strategy and roadmap by providing data-driven insights, setting up Objectives and Key Results in collaboration with the Product Manager
  • Perform deep-dive analyses: conduct ad hoc analyses to investigate product adoption behavior, feature effectiveness and business outcomes

Foster a data-driven culture in your cross-functional team, by making data accessible, promoting data usage and training team members

What will you bring to the team?

Your skills and experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in BI, engineering, mathematics, or marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset and proactive approach.
  • Passionate, innovative, and fast learner.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Bonus points: 

  • Experience with modern data warehousing solutions (BigQuery, SnowFlake, Redshift, etc.)
  • Experience in the digital advertising industry
  • Experience in coding
