What will you do?
As a Programmatic Ad Operations Manager you will:
- Manage key programmatic partners - Operate various third-party platforms, build, monitor, and execute the activity.
- Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance using various data tools.
- Support Business programmatic partnership team to maximize activity with their key accounts
- Share feedback/analysis with cross-company peers in order to improve our products, technology, sales collaterals, and strategies
- Troubleshoot any issues that impact tracking, reporting, or implementation.
- Communicate daily with Internal global teams (sales, Tech operations, R&D, supply, and other support teams)
- Play an important forward thinking role in helping identify solutions and new ways of maximizing the revenue potential of Outbrain products
The position requires working in Timisoara, in a normal shift, 09:00-18:00 Romanian local time, with a 1-hour lunch break, for 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with three mandatory days from the office.
What will you bring to the team?
- Fluency in English
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Bachelor's Degree in any of the following subjects - Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Maths.
- Strong attention to detail, highly numerate, organized, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and ability to multitask with limited supervision
- Mathematical and Analytical background (work with numbers, reporting) is a plus.
- Knowledge of programmatic platforms, hence DSP-SSP, is a plus
- JavaScript and CSS knowledge is a plus.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Work independently and roll up their sleeves and not hesitate to ask questions.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting goals and deadlines is essential.
- Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, be team-oriented, and have confidence in interacting with people at all organizational levels.
