Customer Success Consultant
What is the role?
At Teachable, creators are entrepreneurs who build, market, and scale digital education businesses, using our platform as their core operating system. You will manage a portfolio of actively growing creators, be the name they recognize, and the partner that makes them grow faster than they would on their own.
At the Medium Touch level, creators have already proven their model. They need clear direction, consistent execution, and someone who knows exactly what moves GMV at their stage — not just generic relationship management. At this scale, 1:1 isn't the default. You win by designing programs that move many creators at once, running group experiences that actually drive GMV, and knowing exactly when to go deep on a single account. You co-own the full value delivery model for your tier, and you build it, test it, and iterate it yourself.
In this role you’ll:
- Own GMV growth across 100+ creators. Retention is the floor. Your real job is acceleration — identifying which creators are ready to grow, removing the blockers, and applying proven setups that move revenue fast.
- Design and run the programs that scale your impact. Office Hours with a clear goal, monthly webinars with real direction, regional events built around execution. You build and iterate until the format delivers.
- Be signal-driven, not reactive. You monitor the right indicators, act before churn risk becomes visible, and spot acceleration opportunities before the creator knows they exist.
- Drive product adoption with purpose. You connect features to concrete GMV outcomes. You don't push adoption for its own sake, you drive it because you can draw a straight line from feature to revenue outcome.
- Turn what you learn into what scales. You document what works. You share patterns with Product, Marketing, and RevOps. You make the whole CS motion smarter because you were paying attention.
Must haves:
- You understand the creator business from the inside. You've worked with founders, creators, or digital entrepreneurs, or you were one. You speak the language of launches, funnels, offers, and monetization without needing a translator.
- You act on data, not gut feel. You use GMV, engagement, and product adoption signals to prioritize your portfolio. You know the difference between noise and real risk.
- You scale without losing quality. Comfortable moving between 1:1 support and group initiatives. You know when to go deep on one account and when the value is in moving twenty at once.
- You have a point of view and the confidence to share it. You don't wait for the creator to ask what to do next. You diagnose, form an opinion, and deliver clear recommendations, even when they're hard to hear.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with digital businesses (courses, memberships, communities, digital products).
- Background in growth, monetization, or go-to-market strategy in SaaS or the creator economy.
- Experience designing or iterating on scalable CS programs.
