What is the role?
As a Growth Product Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional work across our product and marketing teams in order to move metrics that impact Teachable’s self-service business for creator-educators. We’re seeking someone that’s ambitious, curious, has a growth mindset, and a bias for action to fill this role.
You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside expert designers, engineers, and marketers and will be expected to facilitate the full product lifecycle - from discovery to delivery - to improve our growth funnel with impactful solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, define, and prioritize meaningful growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, monetization, retention, and funnel performance.
- Develop clear hypotheses, strategy, and success metrics for growth initiatives and experiments.
- Lead cross-functional execution across product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics to deliver measurable business impact.
- Write high-quality briefs and create demonstrable prototypes to convey requirements and planned experiences that create clarity and alignment.
- Own day-to-day progress of growth initiatives by resolving ambiguity, unblocking dependencies, and making critical decisions.
- Lead launches and experimentation efforts, including QA, rollout planning, measurement, and iteration.
- Analyze and communicate performance of launches, experiments, and funnel changes, including clear recommendations on what to attempt next.
- Synthesize customer feedback, behavioral data, and market context into actionable growth insights.
- Help raise the quality of thinking, execution, and operating rigor across the growth team and our company as a whole.
About You
- 4+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on growth-focused areas and working within a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Replit) for prototyping and Figma for design in order to create shared product visions.
- Track record of owning and shipping cross-functional product initiatives that drove measurable business impact.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and turn broad goals into actionable plans.
- Experience partnering closely with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing to deliver results while practicing ownership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience as a founder or entrepreneur.
- Prior experience in SaaS product management.
- Familiarity with pricing, packaging, monetization, or conversion optimization work.
- Experience with AB testing, product analytics, and data analysis.
This is a CLT contract role, paid in BRL. The position is primarily remote, with 1–2 days per week in our São Paulo office. You will report to the Group Product Manager for Growth and collaborate closely with teams across Brazil and the U.S. Fluency in English is required.
