Executive Assistant - Agentic Search Leadership Team

The Role
Tavily is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support members of our executive leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing competing priorities, and enjoys being at the center of company operations.
The Executive Assistant will work closely with two senior executives, managing calendars, coordinating travel, facilitating communication, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. In addition, this person will support broader company scheduling needs, including leadership meetings, offsites, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for two C-level executives across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring schedules are optimized and conflicts are proactively resolved.
- Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics.
- Support executive communications and follow-up on key action items.
- Coordinate company-wide and leadership team meetings as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate needs and identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or C-level leaders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent Hebrew and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience coordinating across global teams and time zones.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern productivity tools.
- Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
- Located in Israel and able to work closely with a globally distributed team.
