Your Role

Join our team to take an active role in helping companies to decarbonize effectively and start your career in a fast-growing environment. Your main objective is to ensure that our customer base is successful in implementing Tanso, making the right calculations and draw conclusions out of it. 

As our Customer Strategy & Operations Intern, you help us to make our customers master their carbon accounting and build scalable customer operations. Your focus will be the interactions with existing customers, the development of workshops and training material as well as the implementation of initiatives to scale our customer operations.

Strategy & Ops

Build scalable Customer Success processes

  • Build and optimize scalable Customer Success processes that increase efficiency and service quality
  • Create and improve internal resources such as playbooks, handbooks, and templates to provide clear structures for the team
  • Contribute to the development of AI-driven tools that enhance the customer experience and streamline operational workflows
  • Work on CRM and process automation projects that help us better understand customer needs and act faster
Empower our Team & Customers
  • Support the introduction and optimization of tools and processes that take the Customer Success team to the next level
  • Assist in onboarding and workshops to embed best practices and effective internal structures
  • Consolidate data from different sources and translate it into actionable, efficient workflows
Bring your ideas to how we work
  • Take ownership of operational topics and contribute your ideas to make our Customer Success organization scalable and future-proof
 

Sustainability Success

Drive Impact in Sustainability

  • Help customers implement their sustainability strategies by supporting ESG data management and carbon accounting.
  • Enable customers to use AI-powered tools that simplify and accelerate their sustainability work.
  • Tackle data-related challenges to empower companies to make informed and climate-conscious decisions.
Make customers successful in their climate journey
  • Support onboarding, workshops, and day-to-day questions related to ESG and our platform.
  • Explain technical aspects of carbon accounting and sustainability data in an accessible and actionable way.
  • Assist in creating materials and workflows that integrate sustainability into our customers’ daily business.

Hard Requirements 

  • You already live or are willing to relocate to/near Munich. 
  • You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU. 
  • Ideally you speak English at level C1 or higher. 
  • You must speak German at level C2.
