Customer Excellence Intern (f/m/x)

Your Role 

Become part of Tanso and leverage your customer and scale mindset for climate impact. 

Join our team to take an active role in helping companies to decarbonize effectively and start your career in a fast-growing environment. Your main objective is to ensure that our customer base is successful in implementing Tanso, making the right calculations and draw conclusions out of it. 

As our Customer Excellence Intern, you help us to make our customers master their carbon accounting and build scalable customer operations. Your focus will be the interactions with existing customers, the development of workshops and training material as well as the implementation of initiatives to scale our customer operations. 

 

How You Succeed 

Make customers successful 

  • Support onboarding, workshops, and day-to-day questions from our customers 
  • Help customers understand technical aspects of carbon accounting, ESG data management and our product 
  • Tackle data-related challenges together with customers to help them move forward confidently 

 

Build scalable Customer Success processes 

  • Create and improve internal resources like playbooks, handbooks, and templates 
  • Contribute to the development of AI-driven tools that enhance the customer experience and improve team efficiency 
  • Work on CRM and process automation projects that help us better understand and serve our customers 

 

Space to bring in your ideas 

  • Proactively take responsibility for making Tanso a better company

Hard Requirements 

  • You already live or are willing to relocate to/near Munich. 
  • You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU. 
  • Ideally you speak English at level C1 or higher. 
  • You must speak German at level C2.
