Revenue Operations & Business Intelligence Intern (f/m/x)
Your Role

As Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence Intern, your mission is to dive deep into Tanso's organizational engine room. You will support building scalable processes and uncovering actionable insights across the revenue chain. You are empowered to learn fast, get hands-on, and take responsibility. Your analytical mindset helps bring structure to complexity, and your curiosity drives value across the business. You'll learn to think in systems, understand what drives a SaaS business forward, and shape our revenue and data stack. As part of the Ops team, you ensure rapid and high-quality delivery on projects and analyses. You're hungry to learn, solve real business problems, and get better every day.
How You Succeed
- Support the team in building and maintaining revenue and business intelligence infrastructure (HubSpot, automations, dashboards).
- Conduct analysis across the customer lifecycle (marketing, sales, customer success) and turn insights into action.
- Work on process design, optimization, and automation across the revenue teams.
- Own internal projects and deliverables end-to-end.
- Build and maintain documentation and support enablement across teams.
- Learn and develop skills in SaaS metrics, no-code tools, analytics, and data storytelling.

- Role Introduction with the RevOps and BI Manager - understand your role and see whom you will be working with.
- Deep dive with one of our RevOps & BI Manager and the Head of Operations & Finance + get to know the team - get a feeling for the tasks ahead of you and meet your future colleagues.
Hard Requirements
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and visualize data
- Comfortable with Excel
- Ideally familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot
- Ideally experience with no-code automation tools (e.g. Make, Zapier, N8N)
- Ideally exposure to BI tools (e.g. Looker, Mixpanel, Tableau)
- High interest in or understanding of revenue funnels & GTM metrics
- Languages: Fluent in English and German (C1 minimum)
