As Office & Team Culture Manager, your mission is to create and nurture a work environment where people feel comfortable, connected, and inspired - every single day. You are the steward of our physical office space and the emotional atmosphere that defines what it means to be at Tanso. From the first coffee of the day to the final cheer at a team event, you ensure our culture isn't just something we talk about - it's something we live and feel.
You take care of the small details that make a big difference: a warm welcome at the front desk, a tidy and well-stocked kitchen, and spontaneous get-togethers that bring teams closer. You don't just manage an office - you help cultivate a community. Your work directly contributes to employee well-being, team spirit, and our shared sense of identity. How You Succeed
- Serve as the friendly and professional first point of contact for anyone coming to the office.
- Manage vendor relationships for all office-related supplies and services, including sourcing and negotiating new providers.
- Take ownership of kitchen inventory and communal supplies (e.g. coffee, snacks, beverages) ensuring they are fully stocked, appealing, and aligned with team preferences.
- Organize and manage team events of all sizes - from spontaneous after-work gatherings to seasonal parties and the annual company offsite.
- Foster a warm, inclusive office culture and support the team in maintaining rituals and celebrations.
- Proactively identify ways to improve the office experience and team engagement.

Hard Requirements
- Warm, service-oriented, and professional demeanour - you are approachable and people enjoy coming to you
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility - you proactively notice what needs to be done and get it done
- Previous experience in office management, hospitality, administration, team assistant, event management, or a similar role (3+ years)
- Experience working in fast-paced, growing environments (startups, agencies, or dynamic teams preferred)
- Fluent in German and English
