Marketing Brand Designer (f/m/x)
Your Role
Become part of Tanso and leverage your brand & marketing mindset for climate impact.
As a Marketing Brand Designer at Tanso, you’ll bring our brand to life across all marketing channels. From social media and event materials to landing pages and sales collateral, you’ll ensure a consistent and impactful visual presence. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about storytelling through design.
You will take full ownership as Tanso’s first Marketing Brand Designer and work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to create impactful visuals that engage our audience and strengthen our position as a leading ClimateTech company.
How You Succeed
Visual Design & Brand Expression
- Design compelling, on-brand assets for social media, webinars, events, and campaigns.
- Evolve and maintain our visual identity across channels and formats.
- Ensure brand consistency by contributing to our design systems and guidelines.
Digital, Print & Web Design
- Design and maintain landing pages and marketing web content.
- Contribute to our online presence with visually compelling digital assets.
- Conceptualization and design of trade show booths and promotional merchandise.
- Create lightweight video content (e.g., social teasers, animations).
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work cross-functionally with the product design, marketing & sales team to align visual design with messaging.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to execution with strong attention to detail.
- Stay flexible, organized, and open to feedback in a dynamic startup environment.

Hard Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic or brand design
- A portfolio of design work that demonstrates your ability to deliver high quality work
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with motion tools (e.g., After Effects or Canva Video) is a plus
- You already live or are willing to relocate to Munich.
- You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
- You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
- German at level C1 or higher is a plus
