As our People & Recruiting Working Student, you help us build and continuously improve our talent processes. Your focus will be promoting Tanso and attract new talents.
How you succeed
Find the right people
- Active Sourcing. Identify and reach out to promising candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Interview Coordination. Own the first interview step and coordinate the process.
- Employer Branding. Help position Tanso as an employer of choice through creative initiatives.
Learn what People & Recruiting in a start-up is all about
- Cross-Team Collaboration. Work closely with various teams to support hiring and internal development.
- Build scalable People Ops. Support building essential processes that help us grow smoothly.
Nurture our culture
- Shape the Tanso experience. Bring your ideas and energy into a creating thriving team environment.
- Team Events. Support planning and organizing of team events and celebrations.
- Feedback Cycles. Support the setup and coordination of our internal review processes.

Hard Requirements
- You already live or are willing to relocate to/near Munich.
- You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
- Ideally you speak English at level C1 or higher.
- You must speak German at level C2.
