Your role

The B2B Growth Associate is the primary driver of merchant "Time-to-Value." Your goal is to ensure that once a merchant signs a contract with Tamara, they move through the onboarding funnel as quickly as possible to reach their first transaction. You will be the bridge between the Sales team and the active Merchant ecosystem.

Your responsibilities

  • Activation Pipeline: Manage a high volume of newly signed merchants. You will lead them through the "Go-Live" checklist, ensuring their staff is trained and the Tamara payment method is visible at checkout.
  • Store Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular "health checks" on partner websites and physical stores to ensure Tamara’s branding (stickers, QR codes, web banners) is correct and functional.
  • Outbound Engagement: Execute daily outreach campaigns to "low-activity" merchants. You will identify why they aren't processing volume and provide the support or marketing assets needed to jumpstart their sales.
  • CRM Management: Maintain 100% accuracy in Salesforce. You will log every interaction, update merchant status, and ensure the data reflects the true state of the growth funnel.
  • Support Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for merchant queries regarding basic technical issues or account settings, escalating complex cases to the Technical Support or Risk teams.

Your expertise

Experience:

  • 0–2 years in a customer-facing role (Sales, Account Management, or Retail Operations). Internships in startups or Fintech are a major plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Native-level Arabic and professional English. You must be comfortable pitching over the phone and handling objections from business owners.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets to track your own performance and merchant progress.
