About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic in-house Legal team. 

In this role, you will serve as a key legal advisor to our business, navigating new and complex legal issues, and providing strategic counsel that supports our company's rapid growth and innovation.

You will be at the forefront of the financial technology transformation in KSA and the region, play a critical role in shaping our business and managing its growth globally, and work in a high-impact role with a collaborative and supportive team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, as well as support on development of template contracts based on business needs.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide clear, concise advice to internal business stakeholders on a variety of legal and regulatory issues.
  • Work closely with internal departments such including product, engineering, finance, and sales to provide timely and practical legal guidance that helps achieve business goals.
  • Support the protection and enforcement of the company's intellectual property rights.
  • Support the incorporation and managing corporate affairs of the Group.
  • Support senior legal team members on strategic transactions, managing legal disputes, and business inquiries.

 Your Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in law.
  • 3-4 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years training and/or working in private practice.
  • Able to think strategically and provide legal advice that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive to solving problems, and willing to learn.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
