Your role
Central role ensuring accurate employee data, seamless lifecycle transactions, full legal compliance, and a professional employee experience that supports business growth.
Your responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management – Own end‑to‑end HR actions: onboarding, promotions, transfers, probation follow‑ups, off‑boarding, and final settlements.
- HRIS & Records – Keep all employee data and personnel files complete, accurate, and fully compliant with Egyptian labor law.
- HR Documentation – Draft and issue contracts, addenda, employment/experience letters, and supply data for internal or external requests.
- Payroll & Benefits – Run monthly payroll with zero errors, align with tax and social‑insurance rules, coordinate with Finance, and administer medical & other benefits.
- Employee Relations – Advise managers and staff on HR policies, handle sensitive cases discreetly, and escalate when needed.
- Document Control & Archiving – Organize and secure physical/digital HR documents in line with confidentiality and governance standards.
What you bring to the team
- You have a background in HR administration and management experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, working across a subset of areas - program/project
management, feedback and performance, benefits, compensation, onboarding and
off-boarding, and/or compliance. - Analytical, creative, and pragmatic thinker and problem-solver.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability during periods of rapid change, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a
changing environment. - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work through influence. Possess the confidence
to work independently but to also ask for help and collaborate with others as needed. - A driven self-starter with a positive outlook, flexible nature, and tenacious work style that
fits with our hyper-growth environment. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools and additional knowledge on Identity and Access
Management tools like Zendesk and JIRA are a plus.
