Data and IT Solution Architect

For one of our major clients in the global clearing domain , we are looking for a Data and IT Solution Architect. You will oversee a complex global data landscape, balancing short-term business delivery with long-term strategic architecture.

What you’ll do

• Design and govern IT solutions focused on Data Platforms, Analytics, and Reporting.
• Maintain solution architectures aligned with global target standards and security policies.
• Oversee the data landscape, steering changes toward a modern, cloud-native future state.
• Balance business constraints against architectural strategy to ensure scalable growth.
• Involve and inspire development teams throughout every architectural transition.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to verify standards and support strategic decision-making.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in data/application domains within complex, global environments.
• Development background with a passion for modern tech like CI/CD, Cloud, and Microservices.
• Architecture expertise in data modeling, integration, and conceptual design.
• Data domain knowledge covering Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Science.
• Technical depth in data storage, retention strategies, and security.
• Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as TOGAF or Archimate.
• Fluent in English + NL residency (no sponsorship).

Tooling: Cloud Platforms (AWS is a plus) , TOGAF, Archimate , Big Data tools.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Reference and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Experience with Cloud Data Platform Architecture for reporting.
• Strategic skills to activate others within an Agile team structure.
