We’re looking for a Recruiter who can run end-to-end hiring: from intake to offer, while keeping speed and candidate experience high. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys stakeholder management, closing strong talent, and building a predictable recruitment engine.

What you’ll do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of software engineering roles
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop early-stage hiring strategies for critical technical positions
  • Run sharp intakes: define must-haves, nice-to-haves, and realistic timelines
  • Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, events, and targeted outreach
  • Manage the process: interviews, feedback loops, candidate communication, offer management
  • Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress through funnel, resurface existing talent, and keep consistently clean data for reporting
  • Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience - regardless of outcome
  • Strengthen employer branding through consistent candidate experience and market feedback

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house or at an agency, with a strong track record of delivering hires
  • A strong mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience is preferred
  • Proven success in recruiting Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Software Engineers, and other related technical roles.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter) to manage the recruiting process efficiently
  • Operate as a business partner, using market insights and data to guide stakeholders toward better, faster decisions
  • Break down complex searches into clear plans, diagnosing bottlenecks and proposing solutions proactively
  • Manage multiple searches with structure, balancing high volume with attention to detail and predictable execution
  • Ability to balance candidate expectations with business needs and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication in English; Dutch is a plus, residency in NL (no sponsorship).
  • Proactive, structured, and able to push back when a profile is vague or unrealistic

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for Data/AI, DevOps/Platform, Java/Kotlin, Security
  • Experience with both proactive sourcing and inbound pipelines
  • Experience improving recruitment processes (ATS hygiene, scorecards, structured interviews)
