Talent Sourcer (Tech)

We’re looking for a Sourcer who loves the hunt: mapping the market, building pipelines, and consistently bringing strong (technical) candidates into process. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to keep the funnel healthy, fast, and high-quality.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with recruiters to define talent needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and build sourcing strategies
  • Develop and maintain proactive pipelines to support both current and future hiring needs (engineering, data, AI, and devops/platform)
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, and creative outreach
  • Identify, engage, and convert passive candidates through highly personalized outreach and sustained relationship-building
  • Screen for basic fit (motivation, availability, expectations) and hand over qualified candidates to recruiters
  • Track and optimize sourcing metrics such as response rate, pipeline conversions, and other metrics to continuously improve efficiency.
  • Partner with Marketing/Brand (when needed) to strengthen inbound channels

What we’re looking for

  • 2–4+ years of sourcing experience (tech or consultancy is a strong plus)
  • Able to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities without losing momentum
  • Passion for building inclusive pipelines and using data to drive strategy
  • High attention to detail, follow-through, and a commitment to delivering excellent candidate experiences
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse etc)
  • Strong boolean search skills and comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Clear communicator in English; Dutch is a plus, residency in NL (no sponsorship).
  • Comfortable working with recruiters/hiring managers and pushing for clarity on profiles

Nice to have

  • Experience sourcing for consultancy/agency models (multiple roles, multiple stakeholders)
  • Experience with sourcing in niche markets (Data/AI, DevOps/Platform, Security)
  • Candidate engagement ideas beyond “Hey {firstName}…”
