IT Business Analyst

The Global Data & Analytics Platform (GDAP) empowers teams across the bank both Data Producers and Data Consumers to share, access, and use data responsibly. Their vision is to enable a governed, global data marketplace serving all domains.

As a Business Analyst in the Data Transfer Control team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring data completeness and quality especially for regulatory reporting and applications governed by BCBS239 and Rabobank’s Risk & Control Framework for Data Management.

You’ll work with diverse users:

• Data Engineers, ensuring reliable data pipelines

• Data Consumers, validating completeness

• Data Stewards, safeguarding compliance

Our platform helps mitigate risks associated with incomplete data, offering an auditable, intuitive, and API-driven solution.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather and define business requirements related to data completeness and quality.

• Translate regulatory and business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

• Collaborate closely with data engineers, product owners, and regulatory teams to enhance platform capabilities.

• Support development and integration of API-based solutions aligned with OpenAPI specifications.

• Document and maintain process flows, data mappings, and lineage to ensure transparency and compliance.

• Facilitate stakeholder management across technical and business domains.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the GDAP ecosystem.
